"I have had reflexology sessions for over the past 20 years to maintain my overall health along with pain relief. Although I have tried many different reflexologists I have found what has worked the best for me is Rachel, and her use of the Flocco integrated foot, hand, and ear method. A lot of reflexologist simply rub your feet but never really address the deep issues. Through this method, I find it both difficult to stay awake with Rachel as it is so relaxing, as well as painful at times as she works on issues that need to be addressed for recovery.
