Why I Coach
My passion for building a career in health and wellness began in 2008. My initial love for helping others move into a healthy lifestyle was heavily influenced by my mother, Sue. She was a nurse, fitness instructor, running coach, marathon runner and reflexologist. She passed away in 2010 from stage 4 invasive breast cancer. Her love for people and her ambition to heal influenced me to follow in her footsteps.

The obstacles and struggles of life will always show up, those are just the facts. However, it is how we choose to handle those situations when we are placed in them.

Are you living life honestly, or just going through the motions?

Your mind is the key ingredient in opening those gateways to a healthier and more constructive outlook on life and the way you are living. If you want to see the results on the outside, you've got to start working from within first.

Working through our emotional blocks, mental barriers, even spiritual warfare, is all a part of the healing that starts from within. For some of us, it is fear of the unknown, others a fixed mentality. Whatever it may be, when you are truly ready to take a leap of faith, we will liberate those road blocks together. This is my passion and what I live to do.

What would it look like to bring more meaning, self-awareness, order and vision into your life?
What makes me unique
Through my years of personal training and racing, I have come to find that the physical form is just one component to what drives an individual to do well and feel accomplished. The mental will power along with the emotional inner will requires the experience to be more than explicit aspirations, but one which is built with an intrinsic desire, in order to promote change and overall well-being. Therefore, it takes all parts of ones essence to create balance and wholeness.

As Your Coach,

I will meet you where you are. I will walk alongside you with understanding, compassion, and empathy.
I will hold you accountable, challenge you, and push you outside of your comfort zones. Results never happen in stagnated places. Your growth is important to me.

I am practical. It is not about how far or how fast you go, it is about committing to the small goals you have set and then following through. You will eventually cross that finish line, whatever distance it may be, wherever you are in life. The journey is long, and there will be many opportunities to set goals and accomplish them, one at at time.
My beliefs and values
I believe we all serve a purpose and are capable of holding our own internal resources to get us to where we want to go. My job is to ask the right questions to help you explore your full potential.

I am not the expert of your life, you are. I am here to walk alongside you. Together we will use any perspective that will equip you with more insight and clarity to create more mindfulness and awareness to construct order and change in your life.

Do you want to get well? Not everyone who seeks coaching is looking for a life transformation. For example, you may want to explore some unknown areas of concerns that are present in your life, or maybe, what you need is a safe space to talk out loud in a non-judgmental environment to process some loose or missing pieces to aid in clarity for observing the bigger picture. Do you want to get well means, do you want to do the work that will be required to move through and forward in the direction you seek? Coaching entails a plan of action in order to produce a lasting change.
