As Your Coach

I understand the challenges of finding time and creating balance within one’s life. My goal as your coach is to help you reach attainable and achievable goals in fitness, your health, and overall well-being. My intentions are to give you the right tools to develop new positive habits that will become the solid foundation of your daily living. I work intuitively and dynamically using everything from body-weighted exercises, integrating weights, plyometrics, resistance bands, high-intensity intervals, and balancing techniques. I also train and coach for races that involve long-distance running and triathlons.

About Your Coach

Rachel has traveled all over teaching and training in some of the top training facilities in Los Angeles and Denver, along with working with clients virtually in British Columbia. She is a half and full marathoner, 3X ½ Ironman finisher, and a competitive triathlete with over 10 wins in her age division.
